Question: Are you the producer?

Reply:  Brand mark AcmeLight – is a new name at the market of paints and varnishes, dealing with the production and sale of Glow in the dark paints. AcmeLight company is the Ukrainian producer. 

Question: What are advantages of AcmeLight company in comparison with its Competitors?

Reply:  On the territory of the former SU we have no competitors. Our "competitors" are our partners. I.e. They buy all proposed products from us. You can be sure, comparing our price policy and our "competitors-partners". 

Question: Are your products certificated?

Reply:  All our products have permissions and certificates for Ukraine, Russia and EU countries. 

Questions about painting and luminescence: 

Question: Is the paint harmful for people?

Reply:  All our products are absolutely harmless for people Our paints do not contain phosphor, and are produced according to the State Standard for paints and varnishes. 

Question: What is a time of luminosity and brightness of each product? 

Reply: All our products have a time of afterglow 10-14 hours under the maximum charge. During the first hour it is maximum one, and then there is a gradual fading in % correlation from the received charge. The life duration of luminous substances is up to 80 years. 

Question:  How long should be the paint charging to emit the energy?

Reply:  From 10 minutes to the infinity. Only the time of charging will influence on the luminosity period. The luminosity period 90 % of the charging time. 

Question: In what way is the “total charging” made?

Reply:  For the total charging by sun it is necessary 15 min, in cloudy weather, by the ordinary lamp – 30 min. by ultraviolet light– 2-5 min. 

Question: Is the ordinary night street lighting enough for paint charging?

Reply:  Surfaces, processed according to the technology "The luminosity at the darkness" are able to be charged in this way. The surface, painted by the AcmeLight paint is able to be charged by any light source. The night lighting will give the minimum charge and will serve additional charging of the paint. 

Question: Will the "glowing" of the painted surface be seen in the night town lighting or it is necessary the total darkness? 

Reply:  Under the maximum charging of the paint the glowing will be seen always, during the fading, it is needed the complete darkness

Question: Is a color of the paint the same as the luminescence color? (red luminescence – red paint at the day time, for example)?

Reply:  All paints will have an original color at the daytime (blue, red, orange), but at the darkness there will be а bright yellow-green luminescence with small additives of some tints. 

Question: Is the daylight sufficient for “charging” for the billboard glowing?

Reply:  No, it isn’t. For qualified luminescence the additional charging is needed from time to time

Question: Is the number 10-14 hours of the afterglow real one, is it necessary to influence on it with special lighting?

Reply:  There is no need in special lighting. All our products have an afterglow period of time 10-14 hours under the maximum charging

Question:  If it is a cloudy weather, is it sufficient for charging?

Reply:  It is sufficient for additional charging, but time of charging will increase.

Question: Painting the element, which is not at the complete darkness, but at partial one (airbrushing of car, moving at the dark between lanterns and lights, or the outdoor advertisement in the town), will the surface be charging in such conditions?

Reply:  The surface painted by AcmeLight is able to be charged by any light source. The element, placed at the "partial darkness", will only be recharged, while any light source can serve as the recharging but not the charging. 

Question: Will the surface, painted by AcmeLight, change its color or will stay just of the same color as it was till the painting?

Reply:  Yes, it will change. Our Glow in the dark paints are not transparent. It means that after painting the surface will lose (may be, partially) the original color. Paints AcmeLight cover the original color and the substrate (surface) structure.

Question: How long does the paint hold on the painted basis? 

Reply:  The period of time depends on operating conditions and also on the environmental aggressiveness. But how the practice shows, it is not less than 3 years. 

Question: Will the drawn on glass paint emit the light from both sides?

Reply:  Surely, Yes! But only under one condition: if it will get the charging from one and another side.

Question: Is the “original” paint color changed at the daytime for different surfaces, depending on the luminescence color choice, or it will be always the same? 

Reply: All paints will have an original color (blue, red, orange…) at the daytime, and at the darkness there will be the bright yellow-green glow with the small amount of some tints

Question: Is it possible to define the paint consumption for painting a car body or rims?

Reply: Approximate consumption: 200-300ml. paint – for 4 rims R15. Also, the paint consumption and painting quality depend on the specialist ability, from graininess of the surface. 

Question: What kind of paint can be used (or can it be used?) by printing agencies, for example, for advertisement banners, boards printing, i.e. can it be used for special printers of large format printing?

Reply: No, our paint is not suitable for printers. In advertisement business it can be made by the silk template method, with the sprayer or brushes.

 Question: In what way do environmental factors influence on AcmeLight paint properties? 

Reply: Of course, there is such kind of influence. Nothing can resist the nature influence. The paint is absolutely resistant to influences of the external factors (mechanical, chemical, physical).The process of the light accumulation and its emission can be guaranteed for hundreds years, not taking into consideration different influencing factors. The carrying agent itself, i.e. the surface, on which the paint is drawn, should be considered individually.

Question: What is a classic color? What it looks like and what luminescence it has?

Reply: It has a flesh color of the surface at the daytime and bright yellow-green luminescence at the darkness. 

Question: Is it possible to mix paints for getting tints?

Reply: Paints AcmeLight can be mixed only according to positions: according to types of covering

Question: Is there any possibility to change the pre-painted covering or delete it during the work with paints AcmeLight?

Reply: Of course! There is a special solvent (remover) for each type of the paint, for the removal of the pre-painted covering layer. The only one thing which can not be removed is the paint for tissues AcmeLight Textile. It is strengthened in the tissue structure as the rubber layer after drying.

Question: Do you have a technological map of the covering drawing on different basements? 

Reply: We provide each type of paint usage manuals for different surfaces

Question: Where should the paint be stored and how long?

Reply: The paint should be stored at the original hermetically sealed tare, at the room with the optimal humidity under the temperature from +5 to +20°C. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date.

Question: What is the package of paint? Have you paints in sprays?  

Reply: All paints are packed in metal containers of 0,5, 1 l., 3l. and 5l.  

Question: What is the minimal purchase lot?

Reply: Minimal shipment volume from the storage is from 1 l.

Question: How can we begin to cooperate with you?

Reply: From the very beginning you need to send an enquiry to e-mail (look at Contacts). According to your enquiry, sales department will send you all necessary information about cooperation. 

Question: What are requirement to me, as to the possible Dealer?

Reply: The availability of Entrepreneurship, warehouses and office. The ability to carry out active sales. The knowledge of market conjuncture in your region for maximum qualified promotion of Products.

Question: What minimum range of products should the Dealer have at the warehouse?

Reply: The minimum range of products at the warehouse will depend on the region, on which the Dealer wants to work. Usually it is from 30 l. and up to 1000 l. Such questions are discussed individually.

Question: What is the minimum monthly sales volume?

Reply: It means that the region is consolidated by the Dealer if he executes the sales plan on his territory. Sales plans are discussed individually with each Dealer.

Question: Is it possible to be an exclusive Dealer on the territory of a few regions simultaneously?

Reply: There is nothing impossible in our life! But for such additional Agreement, Dealer should present the commercial proposal as for products promotion. And also the correspondent sales volumes should be shown.

Question: Does your company provide different ads materials?

Reply: We provide ads materials at the first stages for acquaintance with products. But we add the discount at the amount of 10% from the total volume of ordered paints to the first Dealer Order. As the rule, all Dealers use this discount for advertisement and promotions.   

Questions about payment and delivery: 

Question: What are delivery terms from the moment of the Order payment?

Reply: Delivery of the Goods is made during 1 up to 3 working days on the territory of Ukraine. During 7 up to 14 days- to other countries of the world. The term of special Order production is up to 14 days (discussed individually).

Question: What are possible ways of the payment for the Order?

Reply: Payment is made through the money transfer to our currency account or through quick money transfer systems like Contact, Western Union, Money Gram, Unistream, Anelik and etc.

Question: Do you have the delay of payment?

Reply: We have the delay of payment, but only under the term of a long-term cooperation (3-5 Orders from you will be considered as the possible payment delay)

Question: How much does the delivery cost?

Reply: The delivery cost depends on the Order volume and the way of transportation. It is calculated for each Order individually.  

Question: Can you send the Goods with C.O.D. payment via the post?

Reply: We work only on terms of 100% prepayment.  

Question: Explain me, please, what guarantees can you give that the Goods will be shipped if we will make the prepayment of 100%?
